North Antrim MP Ian Paisley has congratulated the owners of the Marine Hotel in Ballycastle after it reopened this week, creating 26 new jobs for the area.
Paisley who has worked alongside the hotel’s owners recently with banks and others in a bid to reopen the premises has praised Invest NI for the investment they have provided:
Speaking he said:
“Knowing the new owners of this hotel as I do, I am confident this new venture will be both a success and a stable business within the Ballycastle area for many years to come.
The hotel provides superb accommodation and dining opportunities for tourists visiting the region, but more importantly, 26 new jobs for people in the local area.
I’d like to praise Invest NI for their financial and business support through their Jobs Fund and thank them for making this reopening a possibility.
I wish Claire and Colum the very best in their joint venture, and look forward to watching the hotel grow and blossom into the successful business it has the potential to be.”
